Wow, its a cosplay of Heisuke's "alternate universe" outfit. Nicely done. I do have some issues with the photography and/or cropping of this shot though.

The action splash is great, but I kind of feel like my eyes are confused as far as what path they should take looking over the photo. I'm drawn more to looking at the subject's face, rather than the action they are doing. I didn't quite realize they were holding a sword at first, just that I could guess there was one since I'm a fan of this character. The fact that the sword is pretty much completely cut out of the picture seems to work against the sort of feeling I think this shot is supposed to convey. The splash is nice, but the excessive water droplets just feel like they are getting in the way of the subject, rather than illustrating the motion of the subject. It's likely because the droplets are just so evenly all over the entire photo, rather than having one emphasized point or path.

I do like the emphasized swing of the arms, and twist of the body, along with the moving hair. The motion of the subject itself seems pretty uniform, but the environment isn't doing its best to work with it.

Overall though, I really like this photograph. The costume is great, the model is in character with an impacting expression, and the idea behind the setting is a very good one. A little work on the execution and it'd be a very fine piece of work, indeed.
